At this moment, you fill in the preregistration form and submit your
abstract.
Preregistration is in no way a confirmation of acceptance to the conference!
All abstracts received will be evaluated by the ECDO Scientific Committee; on
the basis of this (and the scholarship application documents), a selection of
participants allowed to attend the conference will be made. This will be
communicated to the participants personally via e-mail by the ECDO secretariat, by the
middle of July, 2006.
Once you receive a notification from the ECDO secretariat confirming your
attendance, you can do a final registration with payment. At this point, you
can also make room reservations via World Travel Jet.

Cancellation policy
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Notified before August 15, 2006: 100% refund (less € 50 handling fee)
Notified from 15 August, 2006 on: 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after 10 September, 2006
Refunds on hotel reservations cannot be made.
