Types of scholarships:
1. Waived registration
fee
For participants receiving this kind of
scholarship, the registration fee to the conference will simply be waived.
2. Travel scholarship
Participants receiving this kind of
scholarship will be reimbursed for their travel expenses within the financial
limits described by the Marie Curie Actions Programme.
Travel expenses (air, train, car)
will be reimbursed on the basis of actual costs and on the following terms:

Only economy class tickets will be
reimbursed. We advise to book the best price/quality trip.

Travel should be the most direct
route from the participants' principal place of residence to and from the
meeting. Any additional costs resulting from indirect routing or stopovers
will not be reimbursed.

Original travelling
documents (tickets, boarding passes, invoice from travel agency,...) should be
sent, together with the signed and dated reimbursement form, to the ECDO
secretariat no later than one month after the end of the meeting.

Travel reimbursement will not exceed 500 euro per person.
3. Living allowance
Participants receiving this kind of
scholarship will receive a fixed amount of 400 euro to meet their accommodation/living
expenses. The original accommodation invoice from the hotel should be
sent, together with the signed and dated reimbursement form, to the ECDO
secretariat no later than one month after the end of the meeting.
